I was very excited about tasting their wines since. 2015 corliss corliss red wine. Their regular tasting room is closed for renovations i believe so they are doing tastings in their production facility. Where time and a reverence for old world techniques using new world fruit set our wines apart.

We can t wait to host you. Tasting room is the only wine club that focuses on you your tastes your preferences. Valdemar estates s wine production and barrel storage take up the ground floor level and upstairs there s a 2 000 square foot tasting room with an additional 2 000 square feet of patio featuring a waterfall reflecting pool and a panoramic view of the blue mountains. 2015 corliss cabernet sauvignon.

It has since become a destination winery with its 1895 remodeled school house and estate grown wines. Groups of 6 are encouraged to make a reservation. In 2018 the vineyard was purchased by michael and lauri corliss who own wineries and vineyards in eastern washington. Our first red mountain vineyard purchased in 2007 was 33 acres originally planted in 1989 to cabernet sauvignon merlot and cabernet franc.

The remaining fruit is sold to a select group of award winning washington wineries. At corliss we exercise the discipline to make the highest quality decisions at each stage of winemaking from vine to bottle. A small portion of the best grapes are set aside to make corliss wines.
